Inner Nature Retreat Foundations Class (Online)

Sundays 2 - 3 pm ET (6 - 7 pm GMT)

In 3 sessions together, we’ll practice mindful appreciation and enjoyment of the flow of our breath and body. The pace is slow, spacious, and meditative.

  • Each session will cover a key quality that we can learn to look for in ourselves just as we already are.

  • Establish a 5-minute “reset” routine with an easy-to-learn Tai Chi Form.

The goal of these sessions is to equip participants with the simple practices and general guides that they can do on their own and integrate into their daily life activities.

In this way, we can be less stressed by outer conditions in our lives. Without having to go anywhere or “get away from it all,” one can access inner peace and strength by feeling how we already have our own inner nature retreat.

Sessions are recorded for participants who cannot make the Live Zoom session.
