Our Story…
Hi, I’m Mackenzie and I’m glad you’re here.
It took me many years of searching but when I met Wonchull Park, who is a tai chi master and physicist, I knew I would be learning from him for a long time.
I needed the benefits of mind-body practices AND I needed to experience them in ways that were concretely physical as well as emotionally reassuring. Instead of trying to “fix myself” to another standard, I could begin to trust what was already right there in my experience as it is.
Inner Nature Retreat is a way of sharing this with others:
Simple practice that invites us to appreciate and enjoy the flow of our own breath, movement, and mind.
General guides that allow us to understand and access ever-present qualities that support us in our daily lives.
I look forward to practicing and exploring this together.
